444kc Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 444kc website at 444kc.io and all services, games, and features accessible therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, market, or event available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it — or any winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region from which access to or use of the Platform is not permitted under these Terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process that 444kc may require a Player to complete before processing a withdrawal or activating certain account features.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 The Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

2.3 444kc reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents (including but not limited to national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 444kc may result in Account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 To access real-money services on the Platform, you must create an Account by completing the 444kc registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 444kc will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify 444kc immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.5 444kc reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, breach of these Terms, or where it is required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 444kc does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank (availability subject to change without notice).

4.3 Minimum deposit: ৳300. Maximum deposit: subject to method-specific limits displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe displayed in your Account dashboard. 444kc reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for deposits, or to an account held in the Player's own verified name.

4.5 444kc does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 444kc accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.

4.6 444kc reserves the right to reverse, void, or withhold withdrawal requests where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification before any final determination is made.

4.7 Deposits are for the purpose of funding real-money wagering on the Platform only. 444kc may refuse to process a withdrawal where the deposited funds have not been used for genuine betting activity.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type, sport, or market. These rules are available within each game or market section of the Platform.

5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless 444kc specifically permits bet-in-play cancellation for a particular market.

5.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during the course of a game or bet, 444kc will use reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome fairly. Where the outcome cannot be determined, 444kc reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's balance.

5.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. 444kc reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at any time.

5.5 Odds are subject to change at any time up until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. 444kc accepts no liability for fluctuations in odds between the time a Player views a market and the time a bet is placed.

5.6 All slot, crash, and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The results of live casino games are determined in real time by a live dealer and are final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 444kc may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and any other conditions will be clearly stated on the promotion page.

6.3 Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6.4 444kc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already begun meeting its wagering requirements, 444kc will use reasonable endeavours to reach a fair resolution for affected players.

6.5 Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using Bonus Funds to place low-risk hedging bets, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their accounts suspended and all Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444kc Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444kc staff or other platform users.

7.2 444kc employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any activity flagged as suspicious will be investigated thoroughly, and 444kc reserves the right to withhold funds during an active investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 444kc is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual betting sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform by contacting our support team.

8.3 444kc will not knowingly permit a Player who has self-excluded to re-register during the exclusion period. Any Account found to have been created in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed and all funds forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, and data compilations, is the property of 444kc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 444kc.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own terms of use.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 444kc provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444kc expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 444kc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, revenue, or goodwill.

10.3 444kc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, server downtime, third-party payment provider failures, or natural disasters.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 444kc's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 444kc collects and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 444kc uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player account data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

11.3 444kc does not sell, rent, or trade Players' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Limited data sharing with trusted payment providers, identity verification partners, and fraud detection services may occur where strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform.

11.4 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by 444kc, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. Such requests should be directed to our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 444kc's customer support team for informal resolution.

12.2 444kc aims to resolve all Player disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to a binding dispute resolution process as specified by 444kc at the time the dispute is escalated.

12.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444kc with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 444kc's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by 444kc.
